“I’m not important only the message I share”

After struggling for 11 years, it was this way of thinking that helped me find peace, clarity, and direction. I’m not here to be followed — I’m here to share what helped me, in the hope it might help you too. The strength isn’t mine. It comes from timeless wisdom that teaches us to live with courage, calm, and purpose.

“Do not think of yourself as the actor but as the play. The individual is small. The whole is great”

-Marcus Aurelius

“Stoicism Found Me When I Needed It Most”

I’m a self-called modern Stoic — a 31-year-old hardworking man. For eleven years, I battled my own thoughts, beliefs and a severe general anxiety disorder. I pushed myself hard, trying to control everything, believing that happiness came from having more or being more.

But everything changed during a city trip to London, when I was facing my third burnout. It was there that I discovered a philosophy that would transform my life: Stoicism.

This ancient way of thinking showed me that my suffering wasn’t unique — and more importantly, that it was manageable. It taught me to let go of what I couldn’t control, to live with less instead of always needing more, and to stop chasing an image of perfection.

It didn’t give me all the answers, but it gave me the tools to ask better questions — and to live with more clarity, strength, and peace.

Now, I share what I’ve learned. Not because I have it all figured out, but because this philosophy helped me — and it might help you too. I’ve written a book about my journey, hoping to help others find the same clarity and peace I discovered.

I truly believe that everyone can harness the power of Stoic philosophy to overcome the daily struggles they face. If I could do it, you can do it!
